How to export: Click the "Export PDF" button in the top-right corner of the dashboard. The PDF includes all visible metrics and charts for your selected date range.
CSV Exports
Export raw data for external analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.):
Free: No CSV exports
Starter: No CSV exports
Pro: CSV export for Products tab only
Enterprise: CSV export for all tabs (Sales, Customers, Products)
How to export: Navigate to the specific dashboard tab and click the "Export CSV" button (visible only for Pro/Enterprise users).

Go to the Billing page within the app (or visit /app/billing) and select your desired plan. You'll be redirected to Shopify's payment confirmation page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime from your Shopify admin. No contracts or commitments. Shopify automatically handles prorated refunds if you uninstall.
Do I need to configure anything?
No! The app works immediately after installation. It automatically syncs with your Shopify store data.
How often does data update?
Data refreshes in real-time when you load the dashboard. For testing, you can create a test order in Shopify admin and see it appear immediately in the app.
What if I don't have much data yet?
The app works with any amount of data. Use Demo Mode (?mock=1) to see how it looks with sample data.
Can I export data to Excel?
Yes! Pro and Enterprise plans include CSV exports which can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet software.
